### Do I have to ship with FreightSpot to hire the consulting service?

No. What you get is a plan your team can run with us, with your current providers, or with whoever you choose. That is why we offer it with no strings attached: if the diagnosis finds your current setup is the right one on some front, that is what the report will say.

### What information will I need to share?

Data from your recent shipments: routes, cost per shipment, transit times, incidents and the paperwork behind them. We also talk to the people who run the operation day to day — that is usually where half the findings come from. The more complete the history, the more findings we can put a number on instead of just pointing at.

### How is this different from a trade compliance audit?

An audit looks backward and answers one question: did we comply? Consulting looks at the whole operation — purchasing, international freight, clearance, last mile and cost — and answers a different one: where are we losing money, where is the risk, and what should we fix first? Compliance is one of the fronts we review, not the only one.

### Is it worth it if we only import occasionally?
